Brief: Rear extension and refurbishment
This project involved the refurbishment and extension of an existing mid-terrace residence, to the ground floor level only. The client wished to introduce an open plan kitchen / dining area, with access out to the existing garden. Along with introducing light into the deep plan, they also wished to introduce hints of colour and aspects of interest, such as the creative use of copper fittings to the small WC and reclaimed pendent lights to the kitchen. This provides this residence with a homely and distinctive style.
