Brief: Front extension, garage conversion, and complete refurbishment
The clients for this project had recently purchased this period property which was located in a conservation area, and close to Clarence Park, St. Albans. The existing internal configuration needed to be redesigned so to maximise functional and usable space, and to allow a better internal flow throughout the property. Along with reconfiguring the internal layout, the project included multiple extensions and a garage conversion, so to increase overall internal floor area. The project was completed in early 2019.
