This concept proposal explored the transformation of the rooftop of Colechurch House, Central London, into a premium leisure destination comprising a rooftop spa, bar and café.

The design sought to activate an underutilised roofscape by creating a series of contemporary indoor and outdoor spaces that capitalise on panoramic views across the city. Lightweight architectural interventions, landscaped terraces and carefully curated hospitality spaces were integrated to provide a unique urban retreat focused on wellbeing, relaxation and social interaction.

The proposal balanced commercial viability with a high-quality user experience, enhancing the building's identity while introducing a vibrant new destination within the heart of London.
