This end of terrace property located in Swiss Cottage, is a 3 storey residential property close to Belsize Park and Hampstead. The property had undergone minor alterations since it was originally built and our client wished to enhance the property to make it suitable for contemporary living. We introduced an additional bathroom and new open plan kitchen, living, dining to the rear of the property via a new extension. At second floor level, the existing two bedrooms were altered to allow for a new generous master bedroom with walk-in closet and ensuite. The complete property was renovated to a high standard. Construction was completed in Spring 2017.
