Works to this single family Victorian house in Walthamstow Village were completed in 2025, and included; a single storey wrap around extension to the existing rear outrigger to allow for an open plan kitchen/dining area to the rear of ground floor level, along with a loft conversion with a rear 'L' shaped dormer extension.

Along with the extensions, this project included the complete refurbishment of the interior of the property. At ground floor level, between the existing rear wall of the house and the new extension, an external courtyard has been formed to allow for natural light to filter into the central area of the dwelling and to allow for a visual connection between living spaces. A new opening was formed between the existing two reception rooms, which allows for clear views and circulation throughout ground floor level. Ground floor level also includes a new utility room, cloak room and WC.

To first floor level, a new larger family bathroom has been allowed for, and the three existing bedrooms have been retained. At loft level, two new bedrooms and an ensuite have been added, converting this existing property from a three bedroom house to a five bedroom dwelling.

Externally, both the forecourt and rear garden have been completely relandscaped, to complete the transformation of this property.
